Mark your calendars for the upcoming Barley and Hops Dinner. The dinner will be featuring Dogfish Head Craft Brewed Ales on Friday, November 22nd at 6:30! 

Menu - Five Course Meal

Baked Brie

With brown sugar and roasted macadamia nuts

Salmon BLT

On rye bread with applewood smoked bacon and tomato

Lime Coconut Risotto

Served with Poached Maine Lobster

Braised Short Rib

Cooked in a coffee-flavored beer with mushrooms

Topped with crispy onions and fresh chives

Cinnamon Apple Bread Pudding

Bread pudding with caramelized apples and cider reduction 

Topped with french vanilla ice cream
