Our August Culinary Specials in the Grille Room:

 

Tuesday:
$10.50—Good Morning Sunshine 
This triple decker is loaded with your breakfast needs-Vienna
bread, crisp hash browns, bacon, sausage, ham, egg, provolone,
Swiss, lettuce and tomato served with a side of fresh fruit

 

Wednesday: 
$19.50—Slow Cooked Asian Ribs
Melt in your mouth tender ribs, with deep flavor of honey,
Hoisin and five spice powder served with white rice,
sesame broccoli and coleslaw

 

Thursday:
$11—Pork Belly Beef Burger
Angus burger topped with crisp pork belly, American and
cheddar cheese placed on a house Kaiser with iceberg coleslaw,
tomatoes, dijonnaise sauce and served with French fries

$9—No Frills 
Eight house wings seasoned with your
choice of seasoning, a combination of flats and drumsticks

$15—Salmon BLT 
Skillet roasted salmon and crisp bacon, served on a toasted
Kaiser roll topped with lettuce, tomatoes, garlic mayonnaise,
and served with French fries

$20—Pan Seared Tuna
Topped with avocado, Napa cabbage, glazed with ginger lime,
soy butter, served with your choice of soup or salad

 

Saturday:
You loved it so much last month! We kept it.
$20—Caesar and Beef 
This entrée starts with our Caesar salad then for the main course we serve you a slice of our hand carved prime rib with fresh vegetables and smashed potatoes

Sunday:
$20—Summer Salmon & Shrimp Nicoise
Slow roasted salmon and shrimp placed on romaine and spinach, garnished with tomatoes, cucumbers, green beans, eggs, potatoes, olives, and croutons served with a tomato vinaigrette
